When it is in your power, don’t withhold good from the one to whom it belongs.
You are my Lord, I have nothing good besides you.

The fool says in his heart, “There’s no God.”
So Joshua said to Achan, “My son, give glory to the Lord, the God of Israel, and make a confession to him."
Devote yourselves to prayer; stay alert in it with thanksgiving.
Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord.
Therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and dearly loved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
So if you have been raised with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is.
